Landscape design and engineering - from concept to completion

across Marbella and Moscow

Svetlana Chernova is a landscape designer and landscape engineer, creating private gardens and outdoor spaces with a focus on structure, balance, and long-term integrity.

Her approach combines design sensitivity with engineering precision, ensuring that each project is not only visually refined but also thoughtfully constructed and sustainable over time.

Svetlana’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of natural systems and spatial composition, influenced by her studies in landscape design, soil science, and Japanese aesthetics. She is a certified master of the Sogetsu school, bringing a sense of proportion, rhythm, and minimalism into her projects.

Her practice covers the full project cycle — from concept development and detailed design to implementation, author supervision, and project management — allowing her to maintain control over quality and coherence at every stage.

She works with private clients and developers, designing spaces that feel calm, structured, and naturally integrated into their surroundings.
